CAPACIDAD:
Se necesita un mínimo de 4 participantes para poder realizar la visita. En caso de no llegar a ese número se contactará con los participantes para proponerles las diferentes opciones.
DURACIÓN:
La duración es de 1h y 30 minutos
RESERVAS:
– A través del formulario de esta página.
– Por teléfono y whatsapp 610 255 750.
– Por email en info@naymaviajes.com
CANCELACIONES:
1- La organización puede cancelar las visitas. Se necesita un mínimo de 4 participantes para realizar la visita. En caso de cancelación el cliente puede:
– Solicitar otra fecha para la visita
– Reservar otra actividad.
– Solicitar la devolución del importe.
2- Cuando el cliente cancela una reserva:
– Hasta 48 horas de antelación se devuelve el 100% del importe.
– Con menos de 48 horas de antelación, si no se presenta o llega tarde, no se ofrece ningún reembolso.

PRECIOS DE LA RUTA:
El precio es de:
– 42 euros para adultos (+27 años).
– 32 euros para jóvenes (de 18 a 26 años).
– 22 euros para jóvenes (de 7 a 17 años).
– No están permitidos niños menores de 7 años.

3- FORMAS DE PAGO
Se pueden realizar los pagos mediante:
– Transferencia bancaria.
– Bizum
– Tarjeta de crédito o débito
4- CANCELACIONES Y DEVOLUCIONES
– La organización se reserva el derecho de cancelar la salida en los siguientes casos:
1- Restricciones por el Covid
2- Malas condiciones de la mar o climatológicas
3- Otras causas
En caso de que la organización cancele la salida el cliente puede solicitar:
– Otra fecha para realizar la misma ruta.
– Reservar otra actividad
– La devolución del dinero
– Cuando el cliente cancela una reserva:
– Hasta 48 horas de antelación se devuelve el 100% del importe.
– Con menos de 48 horas de antelación el cliente pierde la reserva y el importe.
El punto de encuentro es en el Puerto Deportivo de Getxo, en el pantalán que hay frente al edificio de Capitanía.

¿Tenemos que tomar alguna medida para prevenir el Coronavirus?
Sí, se adoptarán las medidas de seguridad que haya en la fecha reservada.
¿Se puede ir con niños? Sí, pueden venir niños de 7 años en adelante. La altura mínima para poder llegar correctamente a ls pedales es de 1,5 m. aproximadamente. Los niños que no lleguen a los pedales pueden ir en la bici con sus padres.
¿Me puedo caer de la bici?
Sí. Lo normal es hacer toda la ruta sin mojarnos, pero siempre está el riesgo de que nos desequilibrimos y nos caigamos al agua. Por eso, recomendamos llevar ropa con la que no te importe mojarte y ropa para cambiarte.
¿Se pueden llevar mascotas?
No.
¿Es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida?
No.
